Is Hygia Balm safe for babies or children?
Yes, it most definately is safe for babies and young children. It's even safe to use on family pets. Ingredients include manuka honey, olive oil, beeswax. It's also safe to apply for ulcers in the mouth and eyes. It has no chemicals or nasty ingredients.
